Gateway Academy’s C2 Volleyball International Team is an elite, international college-prep volleyball training team that plays in USAV and JVA volleyball tournaments. The program, which is open to U15-U18 international and domestic girls volleyball players, is comprised of international players who attend Gateway Prep Academy as well as domestic athletes who play at the club and high school levels and who will compete in the U18's Division.
College Prep Training
September through May, our dedicated students train five days per week with a minimum of three days of team volleyball training and two days of individual strength and agility training. Gateway athletes also compete in a minimum of seven volleyball tournaments, take part in college campus visits, complete a minimum of 26 volunteer hours, attend TOFEL & ACT classes, and receive college recruiting assistance as well as character development training.
Elite College Prep Training
November through May, U15–U18 international and domestic volleyball players work on team skill training and strength and conditioning as well as travel for tournament competitions.
This is the season when the majority of high-level competitions take place, with athletes traveling throughout the Midwest and beyond to compete in JVA and USAV club volleyball tournaments.
